Stratford is a great base to access the highlights of East London (Stratford/Westfield, Olympic Park/West Ham Stadia/ABBA Venue, Excel/Docklands, Victoria Park/Mile End, Whitechapel Hospital) and to explore Central London.
The most direct route to our hotel is from Stratford Train Station.
Outside Stratford Train Station is Stratford Bus Station (please do NOT confuse it with Stratford "City" Bus Station) from where you can get Bus number 25, 86 or 425 to Atherton Leisure Centre Bus Stop (4 stops / 8 mins).
To reach the Hotel from the Bus Stop is a few minutes walk. Stay on the same side of the road where the Bus stopped and walk in the same direction as the bus was travelling.
Alternatively you can walk from the nearby train stations being Stratford (1.0m / 20min), Maryland (0.6m / 15 min) and Forest Gate (0.6m / 13 min).
Terms and Conditions
Dear Guest, please note during your stay:
- ID is required for Check-In and the minimum age of one guest for each room is 18 years.
- Standard Check-In time is 2.00pm and Check-Out time is 10.30am.
- Early Check-In is subject to availability (cannot be confirmed in advance) on your arrival date for £10 payable on Check-In.
- Late Check-In is available as we have 24-hour reception. After 11:00 p.m., the main door will be locked; if you arrive after that time, please call Reception (+44 208 555 7831) or knock on the door. If guests do not arrive at the hotel by 10.30am the day after their scheduled arrival date, they will be considered a no show and their reservation will be cancelled without refund.
- Late Check-Out until 12 noon is £10 payable on Check-In. Check-out after 12 noon will incur a next day charge.
- Parking is limited as we have more rooms than we have parking spaces. Parking must be reserved in advance by calling the hotel (+44 208 555 7831) as soon as possible. Parking charge is £15 per night. Parking may be off site at a location nearby the hotel. There is a £20 cash deposit for the bollard key which will be refunded on key return. If you modify your room reservation you will need to call the hotel again to reconfirm parking.
- Breakfast and Wi-Fi are complementary.
- Maximum guest capacity is Single Room (1 guest), any Double Room (2 guests) and Twin / Quad (4 guests in two double beds). No visitors are allowed in rooms.
- For infants (under the age of three on check-in date) in ALL double rooms are allowed ONE infant with no Cot. Subject to prior request and availability a complimentary cot can only be provided for infants in a Double Large or Double Large Accessible room only.
- To cancel a reservation with full refund guests must confirm cancellation to the hotel by (1) written email AND (2) calling reception (+44 208 555 7831) both 48 hours prior to check-in Day 2:00 pm. Otherwise the full cost of the scheduled stay will be charged. For group bookings (4 or more rooms) all bookings are non-refundable.
- Bookings of 30 days or more are not accepted by the Hotel. Smoking, vaping, or pets are not allowed inside the Hotel.
